Starting a return
To return an item, contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Condition of returned items
Please return items unused, in the condition you received them and, where possible, in their original packaging. Inflatable products should be fully deflated.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different colour or product is to return the item you have and place a new order.
